Strength Training (1:1)
Individualized programs designed around your goals — getting stronger for sport, working around an injury or chronic condition, or building a sustainable strength practice.
- Custom program built for you, not pulled from a template
- Progressive overload with regular check-ins and adjustments
- Adaptive options for unpredictable days (injury, fatigue, MS, etc.)
- Web-based program page with clickable exercise references
Soccer (Youth)
1- and 2-player adapted sessions drawn from FIFA Training Centre and US Soccer principles. Focused private or small-group technical work, designed to complement (not replace) team practice.
- Six-week structured curriculum: ball control, passing, dribbling, shooting, defending, game day
- Sessions designed for one or two players with one ball
- Optional homework between sessions to reinforce skills
