I work with a small number of clients on individualized strength training and youth soccer coaching. Programs are built around your goals, constraints, and what's actually sustainable.

Strength Training (1:1)

Individualized programs designed around your goals — getting stronger for sport, working around an injury or chronic condition, or building a sustainable strength practice.

Soccer (Youth)

1- and 2-player adapted sessions drawn from FIFA Training Centre and US Soccer principles. Focused private or small-group technical work, designed to complement (not replace) team practice.
